1. Definitions

"MAGNA," "we," or "MAGNACASE" refers to PT ARBA BARKA INNOVASI, the owner and operator of magnacase.id. "Customer" or "you" refers to any individual or entity accessing this site.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders placed on magnacase.id are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under specific circumstances, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these terms. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of checkout; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

3. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include VAT. Promotions are subject to specific terms and dates, which may change without notice. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of damage transfers to the buyer upon receipt of the package. Full shipping terms are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

5. Warranty & Returns

Our warranty and returns terms are governed separately on the Returns & Warranty page and the Refund Policy, both of which form an inseparable part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on magnacase.id — including logos, designs, product images, text, and videos — is the property of MAGNA and protected under Indonesian copyright law. Reproduction, modification, or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAGNA is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or device damage arising from use of our cases outside of reasonable usage guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or through the district court where MAGNA is domiciled.
