Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product you receive isn't right, we offer a fast and transparent refund process. This page explains the conditions, process, and estimated timing for refunds.

Conditions Eligible for a Refund

You're entitled to a refund if:

  1. The product received differs from what was ordered (wrong model, color, or size).
  2. The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (unboxing video required).
  3. Your order does not arrive within 14 business days without courier updates.
  4. The order is cancelled before it has been processed for shipping.

Conditions Not Eligible for a Refund

  • The product has been installed or shows signs of use.
  • The request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
  • No unboxing video is provided for damage claims.
  • The product was purchased as a final sale item (if labeled as such).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email through the Contact Us page.
  2. Include: your order number, reason for refund, and photo/video evidence.
  3. Our team responds within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, we'll send return instructions (for physical product returns).
  5. After we receive and verify the product (2–3 business days), the refund is processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Partial Refunds

For multi-item orders, partial refunds are available for the specific item with issues. Other items in the order remain valid.
