Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product you receive isn't right, we offer a fast and transparent refund process. This page explains the conditions, process, and estimated timing for refunds.
Conditions Eligible for a Refund
You're entitled to a refund if:
- The product received differs from what was ordered (wrong model, color, or size).
- The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (unboxing video required).
- Your order does not arrive within 14 business days without courier updates.
- The order is cancelled before it has been processed for shipping.
Conditions Not Eligible for a Refund
- The product has been installed or shows signs of use.
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
- No unboxing video is provided for damage claims.
- The product was purchased as a final sale item (if labeled as such).
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our team via WhatsApp or email through the Contact Us page.
- Include: your order number, reason for refund, and photo/video evidence.
- Our team responds within 24 hours.
- If approved, we'll send return instructions (for physical product returns).
- After we receive and verify the product (2–3 business days), the refund is processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Partial Refunds
For multi-item orders, partial refunds are available for the specific item with issues. Other items in the order remain valid.
