We stand behind the quality of every MAGNA case. That's why we offer a 6-month official warranty on all products and a transparent, hassle-free returns process. This page explains what's covered, return conditions, and how to file a claim.

What Our 6-Month Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (loose stitching, weak magnets, uneven coating).
  • Material breakdown under normal use.
  • MagSafe magnetic strength falling below specification.
  • Microfiber lining peeling within the first 6 months.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches or wear from normal use.
  • Damage from severe impact, extreme falls, or liquid submersion.
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused and not installed on a device.
  • Original packaging is intact, with the label and warranty card.
  • An unboxing video is included as evidence.

We accept three types of returns:

  1. Wrong product shipped — full replacement with shipping covered by MAGNA.
  2. Damaged or defective product — free brand-new replacement.
  3. Not as expected — exchange for another model/color (return shipping paid by customer).

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Message our customer service team via WhatsApp using the number listed on our Contact page.
  2. Send a photo/video of the issue, your order number, and warranty card.
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, ship the product back to the address we provide.
  5. Replacement is dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
